State ownership and its privatization in Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

The state means a group of individuals living on a geographical plan of the earth. State ownership is the money that the state owns as a legal person and uses it for their private property, but for the purposes of the public interest. So, what is the Islamic perspective about state ownership and privatization? The following article focuses on these issues with detail. But before this I want to introduce that what is privatization? Privatization means transferring public projects to the private sectors.
