Abstract

In the present era, universities are not only centers of knowledge and research, but also play a fundamental role in shaping the intellectual, moral, social and leadership skills of the youth. University culture has a profound impact on the ideas, attitudes, values and lifestyle of students. If this environment is based on positive, moral and academic values, then the youth become balanced, moral and responsible citizens and play an effective role in the development of society, while an educational environment based on negative trends can cause intellectual chaos in the personality, moral weakness and social misbehavior. In this context, Islamic teachings provide a comprehensive and balanced guidance for the all-round personality development of the youth.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of university culture on the intellectual, spiritual, moral, social and leadership personality of the youth in the light of Islamic teachings and to present an educational and training model that can promote positive character development in universities. The research will adopt an analytical and descriptive study of the Holy Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, the biography of the Blessed Prophet, classical and contemporary Islamic sources and relevant academic literature. It will also examine the educational and social environment of modern universities and the intellectual and moral challenges faced by students.

The research expects that a university culture based on Islamic teachings can play an important role in promoting qualities such as honesty, responsibility, moderation, tolerance, academic integrity, critical and creative thinking, mutual respect, social service and effective leadership among students. Furthermore, the research will provide practical recommendations for university administrators, teachers, curriculum developers and policy-making bodies to create an educational environment that plays an effective role in the all-round personality development of the youth as well as in national development and moral stability.
