The research examines key aspects such as contract formation (‘Akd), product descriptions, payment methods, and dispute resolution mechanisms in the digital marketplace. It highlights how e-commerce platforms can integrate Islamic values by implementing measures like clear terms and conditions, halal certification, and ethical advertising. The findings suggest that adherence to Shariah principles not only ensures compliance with Islamic jurisprudence but also fosters trust and ethical conduct in digital transactions, benefiting both Muslim and non-Muslim consumers. This study provides practical recommendations for businesses aiming to operate within a Shariah-compliant framework in the rapidly evolving e-commerce industry.
