Abstract

This article explores the concept of Tadbīr Manzil, a multidisciplinary field of study that encompasses the management of household affairs and interpersonal relationships within a familial context. Grounded in the principles of good morals, empirical sciences, and common sense, Tadbīr Manzil seeks to promote respectful interaction and harmonious coexistence among family members and associates. Recognizing the inherent social nature of humanity, as underscored in the Holy Quran, this study emphasizes the importance of mutual love, cooperation, and assistance in fostering a prosperous and healthy society. By examining the guiding principles of the Holy Sharia Specialy in the light of the teaching of Shah Waliullah, this research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of family laws and their role in promoting effective household management (Tadbīr Manzil).
