Women’s dialogue in the Qur’an and methods of persuasion in it

Abstract

The dialogue of woman in the Holy Qur’an is a form of direct interaction in the persuasive discourse which is distinguished by its ingenuity in taking into account the conscience of the addressee and his dialogue with people according to their thinking levels in addition to its quality of having high influence and persuasion on the hearts and minds. The style of dialogue of woman in the Holy Quran is very influential because it is from Allah Almighty who is master of art of persuasion which He describes in his words: “Allah has the ultimate argument.”

We have chosen the topic of the dialogue of woman in the Holy Quran to shed light on its distinction, uniqueness in the beauty of the format, the artistry of the phrase, its truthfulness, the craftsmanship of the formulation and its arrangement, in addition to the methods of persuasion in it, and before that, the contextual and external evidence surrounding the production of this dialogue as a guide to understanding the semantic dimensions that transcend the literal meaning towards opening new horizons of interest, and to aware the secrets of the soul, and society, and observing the temporal and spatial relations in which this dialogue took place, and the emotional impact that serves persuasion while highlighting its linguistic and logical means.
