The Role of Muslim Women in Community Development

Abstract

Almighty Allah has created man and woman to work side by side and accomplish one another. Both have received some distinctive injunctions from Allah to fulfill the duty assigned to them. In this regard a woman plays significant role in the building and development of a society in her respective domain. She is showered upon with exceptional faculties of mind and heart to nurture a family and a society ethically, educationally, politically and economically from the very foundation to the zenith of success. This article deals with a woman’s marvelous role she is entitled to play in her respective areas in the development of a healthy family and society.
